Substitution Policy: Each arrangement is designed lovingly with the best flowers of the season. The ingredients may vary slightly from the arrangement pictured, but the sentiment will be the same. Substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the item you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy: Please note that if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the flowers will be left at the front desk if at an office, or at the front door (in the shade if possible) of a residential address. The Bloom Of Time does not assume any liability for stolen, damaged, or perished flowers due to lack of care or environmental conditions outside of our direct control. By completing this purchase, you agree to the release of our liability.
Delivery Timeframe: We make every effort to make our deliveries within a 10am-5pm window but are not able to guarantee specific time requests. For a specific delivery window, please call the store at 949.391.3606 for rates after you have placed your order.
