Hi guys, Adrienne here! Hope you’re staying safe and well. What wild times we are living in!

In the midst of the pandemic currently affecting our world, our thoughts are with you and our wonderful community of people that surround the work we’ve done here at TBOT. We are so incredibly grateful for you!

On behalf of our own small business and all of the small businesses in our community, we would love your support as as we navigate these uncharted waters. Every purchase you make right now from a small business helps ensure their continued success all the way to the other side of this crisis. Here are some ways you can help us:

Purchase A Flower Subscription!
Did you know we offer weekly and monthly floral subscriptions of our signature seasonal arrangements? They are a beautiful way to enjoy the freshest, most exciting blooms available and appreciate the subtlety of the changing seasons.

Purchase an Arrangement or Gift Card on Our Shop!

Want to let someone know you are thinking about them, even when you can’t be there in person? Our delivery shop remains open and ready to brighten peoples’ day! We are using heightened sanitation and social distancing procedures to ensure your flowers are delivered safely. Or, buy a gift card and let your recipient choose the day their blooms arrive!

Order a Custom Work of Floral Art!

The extra time on our hands has allowed us to experiment with preserving blooms and other beautiful ways to bring the outdoors into your home. We will soon be offering pressed flower wall hangings and poured resin flower pieces, and will be able to preserve your wedding blooms. If you are a past client, we can also create pieces inspired by your wedding. Please get in touch if you are interested in ordering, and stay tuned for this addition to our online shop! Hoping to have these ideas live in the next couple of weeks.

Staying Sane While on Lockdown

It’s been a couple of weeks since we said goodbye to normal life, and if you’re like me, it hasn’t been totally easy adjusting to this slowed down, “grounded” version of existence. Here are a few things that I’m finding supportive right now to stay healthy and balanced through this next stretch of quarantine:

-I love a good list, so each morning I make a list of to-do’s and cross them off throughout the day… including both things I have to do, and the things I want to do. Helps the day feel like it was worthwhile, even if we didn’t leave the house!

-Finding solitude each day. Listening to meditation tracks, going on a walk, journaling, or spending time in the garden helps me unwind, and gives a little space to my family because, let’s be real, we all need a little space from each other sometimes!

-Limiting news and media to a couple of times a day helps us stay informed while keeping our pandemic stress levels manageable.

-Making FaceTime dates with friends and family a few times a week, sometimes involving tea, exercise, food, or happy hour!

-Getting creative with what’s in the kitchen.

-Diving into hobbies I don’t usually have time to do.

-Silly memes on Instagram that help me remember to laugh.

-Reminding myself this is temporary, and I will look back on this time and appreciate how the whole world united to combat this crisis.

-Feeling gratitude for the extra moments I get to spend with my husband, daughter, and dog!

What things are you doing to keep your sanity as we are all keeping safe at home? I’d love to know!
